DEKALB HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR

ACDA or the American Choral Directors Association



The American Choral Directors Association hosts state, divisional, and national conferences.  Students may audition to participate in Honors Choirs that rehearse and perform and these performances.



DeKalb High School Students first auditioned for ACDA Honors Choirs in 2010 and had eleven students selected to the Central Division Honors Choir in Cincinnati, OH.



In 2011 six DHS students were selected to the National Men's and Women's Honors Choirs at the National Convention in Chicago, IL.



In 2013 one DHS student was selected to the National High School Women's Choir in Dallas, TX.
